Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, or simply want to better understand yourself, I provide a safe, confidential environment to move toward greater well-being and resilience.

Nastasia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

She believes that people thrive when they are given the safety to be themselves, which is why her goal is to provide a warm and genuine space for clients to grow and lean into their authentic self. She draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and integrates strengths-based strategies, attachment theory and solution-focused approaches based on the unique needs of her clients.
